This is my most personalised and in-depth container — a 3-month 1:1 Menstrual Cycle Coaching journey tailored entirely to you, your cycle and your lived experience.
This 6-week programme gently guides you toward natural relief from PMDD by powerfully shifting how you experience your premenstrual time.
When working with clients, I use this method to structure my coaching and to explore the deeper, often intersecting layers of what you are currently experiencing. This allows us to meet, acknowledge and slowly shift you into a new relationship with your cycle.
This element focuses on the physical body and it’s important to start here to create a more balanced foundation and to effectively clean up your terrain. We explore how you’re physically experiencing life in terms of stress, sleep, nutrition, movement, your nervous system and any cycle-related symptoms, and identify where sustainable, practical changes can be made using natural health guidance to support long-term balance and ease.
Nine times out of ten, the root cause of the physical symptoms you’re experiencing is emotional. As humans, we haven’t been taught to value our emotional health or to understand how suppressing emotions affects our body and mind. In my method, we focus on exploring suppressed emotions and navigating big feelings—grief, anger, rage and sadness—especially during your premenstrual time.
A wise person once told me, “Your mind is more powerful than any drug in the world,” and when I tried hypnotherapy for the first time, I understood exactly what they meant. Our subconscious mind runs around 95% of our lives and is made up of beliefs, memories, emotions, habits, patterns, desires and conditioning. In the Air element of my method, we focus on rewiring the subconscious and shifting the stories you have been telling yourself, especially those that show up in your menstrual cycle. By accessing Alpha and Theta brainwave states through guided practices, meditation or visualisation, you can release pain and shame-based beliefs, reduce PMS or PMDD-related overwhelm and create a new narrative around your cycle.
I truly believe every one of us is designed to create and creativity take so many different forms. Creativity is self-expression. When that expression is blocked, it can lead to frustration, stress and a build-up of emotional tension that shows up in the body and throughout the menstrual cycle. Many people hold themselves back without realising it. You might keep yourself small or quiet, avoid being seen, or shut down ideas that genuinely excite you. Maybe you have a desire to perform, write, start a business, share your opinions more openly, or make a life change but something inside stops you from taking the next step. In the Fire element of my method, we work on identifying what is blocking your expression and helping you take action to reconnect you with your personal power.
This is the element where we bring all the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle together. Ether is your why — the deeper meaning behind what you’ve been experiencing and the part that allows you to transform pain into purpose. When you understand the patterns, lessons and insights that your cycle has been trying to communicate, everything begins to integrate. Through the Ether element, we can explore your spiritual connection, your lineage and ancestors, and your relationship with something bigger than yourself — whether that’s intuition, nature, your inner wisdom or a sense of guidance you’ve always felt but haven’t fully understood. This isn’t about adopting a particular belief system. It’s about helping you connect with the sources of meaning, strength and insight that already exist within and around you.
