I am happy to work with anyone who feels drawn to what I do, whether that's from listening to a podcast episode, following me on social media or browsing my website. I invite everyone to book a FREE 1-to-1 connection call with me first to discuss coaching and see whether we're a good match!
My workshops and coaching packages are aimed at women and people with cycles, whether you are currently menstruating or not. I am keen to support people from marginalised identities, including those from BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and Disabled communities and I continually work on making sure my practice feels relevant, respectful and accessible to as many people as possible.
If you are not currently menstruating but you have a natural menstrual cycle then you may be experiencing Amenorrhea. Developing a Menstrual Cycle Awareness practice can be a key tool in helping to bring your natural cycle back and improving your overall health. This is something we can focus on and address through coaching. The menstrual cycle is considered by many medical professionals and holistic practitioners to be the fifth vital sign, which means that symptoms associated with your menstrual cycle can provide key indicators about other areas of your health.
If you have an irregular cycle then menstrual cycle coaching can help to regulate your cycle, which is what happened to me! It can be difficult when you don't have a regular cycle to know which phase you are in and your hormones can feel all over the place. Luckily, there are lots of ways to practice cycle awareness even in the absence of a regular cycle.
I am a big advocate for using the lunar (moon) calendar as one way to connect to the different energies and shifting moods of your cycle. This is because the New Moon marks a time when we can naturally rest and draw inwards and the Full Moon signifies a time for more outward energy.
If you are on hormonal birth control such as the pill, an IUD, Birth Control Shots (Depo-Provera), an implant, Birth Control patches or rings, then you may be experiencing the absence of your natural menstrual cycle. Whether you are interested in coming off hormonal birth control and reconnecting with your natural menstrual cycle or carving out a cyclical practice whilst using hormonal contraception, I am happy to support you.
There are far too many benefits in Menstrual Cycle Awareness and coaching for me to list them all here so these are just some of the things I've experienced...
There are plenty of things that can help to relieve period pain/cramps from hot water bottles to chamomile tea but I believe the most effective long-term relief comes from Menstrual Cycle Awareness and lifestyle changes. Both of which require patience to see the benefits happen over time. My practice isn't about finding quick fixes so if this is what you're looking for then I'm probably not the right person to support you. I understand the need for quick fixes, for years I took painkillers to try and get rid of my severe period cramps but all this did was temporarily mask the pain. My Menstrual Cycle Coaching takes a holistic approach to health and explores the root causes behind your menstrual problems.
Yes! I will not share anything discussed in one-to-one coaching, group courses or workshops outside of these settings. The only reason I may do this is when I am taking part in supervision, where I may reference individual cases without referring to you by name or any other personal details. Supervision is a way to ensure my practice is ethical and safe. For one-to-one coaching I will keep brief notes but these will be anonymous using a unique code for each person, I will keep the notes for up to 6 months after we've worked together and you can request a copy of these if you wish.
Many of us aren't used to investing money in ourselves, particularly when it comes to something like menstrual health - it can feel very alien! The benefits of Menstrual Cycle Coaching can be slow, subtle, significant and life-changing but it's also something you have to feel ready for because you will get out what you put in.
I'm not suggesting you can actually afford my coaching packages but before you rule it out, I want you to ask yourself whether you're scared to invest in yourself? I know this might be the case because I've been there too.
For anyone who is genuinely struggling to afford my one-to-one coaching packages, my group coaching course is a more affordable option. There is the option to pay in instalments for all of my coaching offers. I also offer creative workshops at a lower cost including Menstrual Mood Maps in person and online. Through my podcast, blog, newsletter and social media posts, I provide a range of free information and resources on the menstrual cycle, emotional health and creativity.
In the near future, I hope to create an Access Fund to support people who are struggling financially to access my work, however, I currently need to focus on making my business sustainable so I can do this work long-term.
I don't have any personal experience of perimenopause, menopause or postmenopause. If you are going through one of these chapters in your menstrual life then I recommend you find someone who specialises in these areas and who can best support you. There are some great people out there! If you feel my work could still be of benefit then I am also happy to discuss that with you.
Yes! I love spreading the word about menstrual cycle awareness to anyone and everyone, including men! I think it's really important for people of all genders to be included in conversations about menstrual cycle awareness.
