Lorna, Menstrual Cycle Coaching Client
This course is designed to support people who experience PMS and PMDD.
5 x 1.5 hour sessions delivered on Zoom over 5 weeks.
Each Coaching Session will have a theme focussed on a different area of Menstrual Cycle Awareness.
Group members will be invited to share a PMS and PMDD related struggle they are experiencing and then receive coaching on how to address this.
By taking part in the group course you will receive the best tailored resources, links and literature on how to support yourself in your journey to relieve PMS and PMDD.
The group course is limited to 10 people to ensure an intimate environment where everyone's voice is heard.
One of the key benefits of group coaching is that you can be surrounded by people with similar experiences to you and you get to share stories and support each other through the process.
Weekly Group Message Check-Ins will be delivered via Telegram. This will take the form of either mini audio group training or questions and prompts to keep you connected to your cycle in between coaching sessions.
2 x 30 Minute (Optional) Private 1-to-1 Coaching Calls. This is a space for you to receive coaching on something specific that you would rather not share with the group.
Some of the Coaching Sessions will feature Special Guest-Led Mini Workshops! This is likely to cover topics such as Herbs to Support Your Hormones and/or the Benefits of Hypnotherapy for PMS and PMDD.
